Illegal ATV Riders Box in Vehicle in Montco Towns

Local police are looking into a possible road rage incident in this Montgomery County community involving illegal ATV riders who are seen on video appearing to box in a driver {snip}

The video, which was posted to YouTube, shows several all-terrain vehicles following and surrounding a white SUV {snip}

At one point, one of the ATV riders appears to reach out in an attempt to open the SUV’s door.

The ATVs are seen surrounding, and slowing down, the SUV, which is eventually able to evade the suspects by turning into the parking lot {snip}
